Export ADB to Environment variable on Mac OS X

1. Open the Terminal

2. Create file .bash_profile

touch .bash_profile

3. Open file .bash_profile

open .bash_profile

4. Add this line of text to the file “export PATH=$PATH:SDK_PLATFORM_TOOLS_FOLDER“. In that,¬†SDK_PLATFORM_TOOLS_FOLDER is¬†platform-tools folder in Android SDK. For example:

export PATH=$PATH:/Volumes/Data/AndroidSDK/android-sdk-macosx/platform-tools

5. Save and quit the file

6. Export to Environment variable by following command

. .bash_profile

Now, type “adb devices” command in terminal to check result.
